Hello, my name is James Bolin, an entrepreneur that has been boots on the ground for decades and have traveled the world, over 70 country's creating and developing personal friendships that worked into business relationships across many industries. Now passing 70 years of age, I have decided to share some of my business knowledge and secrets. I will show you how the real system of leverage works at a level that very few ever get to achieve. I learned from some of the best. It took me years to get into the doors of some of the richest. I always seeked out the older and wiser relationships. I have dealt with executives of Fortune companies and founders of privately held million/billion-dollar companies. I was also involved in the power of offshore banking and insurance business decades ago.

Some of my companies over the years most of which I have consolidated today. LJ Closeouts, Nighthawk, TBO Organization, Gorilla Manufacturing Japan, Louie Liquidators, Bangkok East, Thai Exports, JBGlobal Media, Aqua-Vuuuu TV's, The Media Group, Gem Factory, Bid4gems in partnership with Fortune Giant Egghead global auctions, The Sapphire Mining Company of Asia involving mining, cutting of gems and dealing with major gem and diamond mines worldwide. I fell in love with rocks so I became a gemologist and developed a relationship with people involved in corundum mines (Ruby-Sapphire) in Thailand that led me to the cutting of gems and seeking out other mine owners world-wide. I developed the business selling to international buyers/brokers that had a network of wholesalers. Then along came the internet and a lightning bolt struck  me. So in the mid 1990's, I created one of the first flash software programs and design an old wild west Gunsmoke style mining town with a train that traveled on tracks, movable saloon doors along with other features that had motion when your mouse moved over the site. I acquired the same auction software from eBay developer for $50k and intergraded into the flash program and became the only gem auction in the world on the internet at that time, thus bid4gems was born. Cash, Credit card or barter dollars were the payment.

Now my concept was proven, profitable and was time to scale it up. My phone call to Fortune Giant Egghead changed everything. I shipped in millions of dollars' worth of cut gems by Brinks from Bangkok to their headquarters. I got on a plane in Chicago, and headed to their offices in Bellevue Washington and proceeded to open dozens of boxes, completely covering a 60 foot conference table and told them I am going to sell these on your auction site for a buck, no reserve, high bid wins. The look on there faces was priceless. We pounded out a deal, they would process all orders, keep 20% and I would drop ship and every Friday they sent me a check for 5 years. Egghead had closed all of their retail stores nationwide to be solely on the internet. I sold millions of gems as I was taking mine rough and cutting them in our own factory in Thailand. Was hosting 200 new auctions that started as bids closed various times every hour with no reserve, starting for a buck. Later in early 2000's, we all know about the big crash, but what a ride for nearly 5 years. I had to elaborate. Imagine you get these ugly rocks by digging up the ground in 3rd world countries for nearly nothing and sell them for a fortune, what a money machine. Still have my hands in it and still a player in diamond rough.

Over the decades of my life, I've had the good fortune to be involved in numerous ventures around the world. The most intriguing? The Financial Power of sophisticated Corporate Barter and Media which I learned nearly 40 years ago.

I was born to be an entrepreneur like my father was, growing up being blessed with a wise loving mother and father. My dad took the time to teach every single phase of the construction and land development business which my father started in 1947 when he came home from service after WWII. I am blessed with extreme problem-solving capabilities, mechanically inclined, always wanting to dissect the issues, where it comes from, how it’s made, how to make it better, remove the clutter, the obstacles and get on with providing the solution. I am a reverse thinker, solving the exit strategy first, then creating the formula to get there.

My niche: I have a very experiential way of learning and a strong mathematical mind. I am able to whittle away at the most complex situation down to comprehensible component parts. In short, I have mastered the art and science of precision. That's what makes me a Precision Processor. I don’t write anything down as I taught myself to keep what I needed in my head as I never wanted to be tied to paper work as I see it as a waste of time for me to remember things.

Over 50 years of hands-on expertise. Blessed with an exceptional talent beyond my wildest dreams. I am a true-hands on entrepreneur. It was tough hard work, failure was not an option, but I had failures, that’s just life. My ability and strength were never giving up no matter what the issues, I just kept on moving forward and taking the hard blows as that was part of the educational process that only boots on the ground gave me. Failures teach you a lesson and I rather work with people that have failed than the ones who haven’t. No one ever knows what day success will appear, but giving up you will never find out.

I was born with adventure and a very rare "sleep gene" requiring very little sleep 3-5 hours-never tired. I'm a problem solver and no fear of risks in my blood. From the jungles of Asia, South America, cruising down the famous River Kwai deep into the jungles, the wild animals, elephants, water buffalo, monkeys, birds of every color imaginable, natives that have never seen the civilized world, adapting to the various countries without able to speak their language using hand signals really worked well for me.

A person has to have passion and love for what they do as that’s one of the main keys to being a success in life whether personal or business, everything takes work. Just like being in love, it’s a job, but it can be the best job in the world.
